Before you book
How many guests can the hall hold?
The maximum occupancy of the event hall is 170 guests.
What deposit do you require?
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is due when you sign the rental agreement, and the remaining balance is due before your event date.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes — a $500 security deposit covers any damages, excessive cleaning, or overtime fees. It is refunded within 7 days after your event, minus any applicable deductions.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. You may use our in-house catering or bring in third-party catering. All food must be removed from the premises at the end of the rental period.
Can we serve alcohol?
Yes. If alcohol is served you must obtain all necessary permits and provide licensed servers, or rent them from us. You may also bring your own beverages.
